Pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law of the State of New Jersey, the duties of the Borough of West Cape May Planning Board include, but are not limited to the development and re-examination of the municipality’s Master Plan, subdivision and site plan review, and variance relief in conjunction therewith, the official map of the municipality, and the zoning ordinance of the municipality. This Board also exercises as a Zoning Board of Adjustment - 40:55D-25(c).
The Planning-Zoning Board of the Borough of West Cape May has nine regular members and two alternate members and meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month in the Court Room in Borough Hall, unless such day is a National Holiday.
Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend meetings.
